Ну почему же? Там же, в TSaSG, говорится, что рейд, хоть и был запланирован ЛТТ заранее (он собрал втайне от Совета 10,000 из 20,000 солдат что хотел изначально), был осуществлен в спешке из-за ударов армий Демандреда, Бел'ала и Саммаэля, охотившимися за ЧК - может быть, просто ЛТТ и его 113 Спутникам не до Знамени было.
