Q: Someone saw kinship between WOT and Herbert's Dune (aiels - freemen, Aes Sedai - Bene Gesserit, Rand as Paul Athreides and so on). It feels that famous Herbert's creation somehow impacted the WOT author. Same could be said about Tolkien, couldn't it? Do you like these authors? Who or what kind of novels did impact on your outlook so strong, that could be seen in your works?

Q: There is a myth - the most woman characters of series had been created from author's wife Hattiet. Do you familar enough with the Muse of Mr Robert Jordan to confirm or contest this passage? Have you got such the Muse to write woman characters from?

Q: According to Stanislavsky an actor should to get the feel of a role to do the best of vision of his character. It seems that Mr Jordan did same thing with his heroes. Are you going to get the feel of Mr Jordan's part to create maximum similarity of your texts? Or you are going to follow the lead of Brian Herbert which denied to copy the style and approaches of Dune's author intentionally?

Q: How much information did you descent from Mr Jordan and what kind of? Is it kind of database or paper notes wrote by the Master's hand, or audios dictated by himself? In the last case - could we hear someday his words on CD or somehow?

Q: How long was the Age of Legends?

Q: One of the hot questions (second after murder of Asmo of course) is the trolloc's issue and their "civilization". Have they got a manufacturing, trade, schools and by the end how could their orda feed themself?

Q: How much Mr RJ gave out to such mysterous character as Aes Sedai Verin Matwin? Are you going to reveal some of her mysteries?

Q: It is the great benefit of WOT series - perfect description of charactes. Had you plan to portion of the book for patterns of AS' dresses and shawls?

Q: Do you plan more actions than had prevoius books of series or you intend to keep further balance between of battles and silent plots and murders?

Q: Mr Sanderson, you told about importance of the first book - Eye of the World - for whole understanding of the WOT's universe. Many of us have strong opion: when Mr Jordan wrote tEOW he hadn't thought about sequels, or at least he didn't know much of details. That is why they think the WOT had many mistakes and discrepancies to late books. Can you confirm or contest that? Is it true that mistakes are seeming and were being forethought, prescribed and such "descripancies" not less than keys to deep understanding of the plot of tEOW, isn't it? As for example: smiling myrdraal at Bairlon's hotel? Shadar Haran or mistake? Or what ever?

Q: Is the method of Ishamael's Traveling at tEOW's Prologue - descrepancy or not? This one is dramatically different from described later Gates. What is it - such traveling forced by True Power looks aside, or that is special-effect intentionally created by Isha, or accidental goof of Mr Jordan?

Q: Why all Seanchan exotics (rakens, grolms) appeared behind the Aryth Ocean only? There were a knowledge about other worlds, portal stones available for AS of main continent for two-three hundreds after the Breaking...

Q: Are you going to develop new plots, schemes or mysteries in tMOL to puzzle fans for long period of time, to discuss on forums and etc. or you're just going to answer the issues risen in previous books?

Q: And the final for today - Is that true that Mr Jordan designed the WOT as a mirror to our own world, isn't it?

"A Memory of Light".(или aMoL).
В вопросе, я думаю, лучше будет использовать вместо "gave out to" выражение "has revealed about".

First of all I'd like to thank you for your ageement to answer questions of WOT fans from Russia. As we understand you couldn't reveal any info you'd got during the work under the series, so we'll try to concentrate on you and your relation to the universe had been created by Mr Jordan's feather.

Может, лучше "we'd like to...", и, насколько я помню (и Лингво со мной согласен), слово "перо" в смысле написания им выглядит как "pen", а feather - это только у птицы.

Да, и что насчет вопроса "Как согласовывается цикличность Колеса Времени и того факта, что цивилизация людей использует полезные ископаемые (например, железо), которые могут кончаться?"
